A little of this, A little of that...

The last few days before the the big move there was LOTS to be done. Thanks to my brother in law and father in law we were able to get just about everything done we wanted to before we moved in.  Here are a few last minute projects I caught on camera.

DJ spray painted all the vents and light covers (it ended up not being the right color though, oh well we will put that back on the to do list)

DJ went around the house touching up the ceiling and edges where the tape had been

Darryl put all the ceiling fans back up

 and Jake helped too...

New lights for the kitchen

I painted and DJ sanded the new trim for the office

And finally, the simple project and turned out to be not so simple: A new light in the mast bath.

There was orignally a light in the ceiling and we bought a new one to go above the mirror.  Simple task, or so we thought.  It ended up being about a weeklong project, that is really too complicated for me to act like I know what I'm talking about....

All I know is that Darryl really enjoys spending time in my attic rolling around in insulation...

The to do list is still about 3  miles long, but at least we could mark a few things off before we moved in!
